This not best. But this is the only hotel found a bit best in city. Food is good. But service needs to be improved. Ambiance is fine. No special kitchen for Veg. They mix everything is on Kadai as per the one of supplier version

A quality hotel with nice swimming pool at top floor of the hotel .delicious breakfast and its complimentary for guests in the rooms. Live food and juice and different types of buffets with gym with trainers and massage center. Nice place to stay in Rajahmundry. Near to bus stand and railway station. Worst in room service bcz things won’t happen faster. The only thing I didn’t like in my trip. Service is good but it will take longer time to get what we want. Wifi also slow. Temperature of the room will be controlled by staff.

Nice hotel. Food was nice. Buffet is also available. Price of buffet breakfast is 250/- and for lunch and dinner was 450/-. Prices increases on Sundays . Breakfast buffet is from morning 7am to 11am. Lunch buffet - 12pm to 3:30pm Dinner buffet - 7pm to 10:30pm There is a slight change in time during Sundays. Swimming pool is also available in this hotel. It is located on the top of the hotel. This is one of the best restaurants in Rajahmundry.

Best 3 star hotel in the city with all the facilities and taste food with beautiful Ambiance but the problem is service is little delay other wise it's really superb choice to stay with affordable price rooms are very good in the range it's a great choice to stay in the city.....

Large and very clean rooms with good amenities. They served mostly South Indian recipes and with varities. The staffs were friendly. It has also a small swimming pool at the top 8th floor. The hotel is a few minutes distance from APSRTC.

I am totally unhappy with the service provided by Shelton. Being a three star hotel they are unable to provide customer expected service. For service levels I can rate 1 out of 10.

Very spacious and cleaned rooms. South Indian food served in Buffet at '24 hours Caffe/ restaurant' located at Ground Floor was very delicious. Reception, Room Service and House Keeping need some improvement. Electronic Room Key gets inactivated quite frequently due to tech malfunctioning. Reception Staff was indifferent to this repeatedly raised issue during our 10 days stay in Room nos. 406 and 407. Language is a big barrier. Hotel staff in House Keeping, Room Service and Restaurants neither understand Hindi nor English. Only Telugu tourists may not find such problems.

We went for lunch buffet and the cost is Rs.350/- per person. The taste of the food was very good then what we expected because in general everyone says that in Shelton rooms are good but food is not good is what the people’s feedback.

I am only going to review the restaurant there. Its slightly on the pricey side. We went there only twice... The first time was a really good experience... We had a chef's special mutton dish which was really amazing. And we then had fish and chicken which was also fine. The second time we went...it wasnt a nice experience... We ordered the same chef's special button dish..which looked and tasted nothing like we had the first time. Even the biriyani wasn't tat great. All in all, we never went back there after tat.

We were here for the Pizza and the Burger. Food was very tasty but it took a lot of time to make Pizzas and Burger. Overall good food and a great place to be in. Nice and Friendly people to take orders. For the Management: Please get another Oven for the Pizza as it takes a lot of time in the current configuration of your kitchen.

A good place to stay in Rajamundry only if they improve their air conditioning which is very erratic. My room became stuffy and hot at 4am and the front office could not provide a resolution. Else, food is good, rooms are spacious, hotel has multiple restaurants and scores good on hygiene.

Good Hotel. Vegetarian and Non vegetarian restaurant. No separate restaurant is available for Vegetarians. Rooms are good compared to local hotels. Function hall is also spacious and is suitable for small functions. But veg dishes in the hotel are just ok. Rooms are can be booked online.

It has nice view, good food, n quick services, staff is very good here, rooms are nicely cleaned & neat. It's a great place in town to stay cabs are available in just 1 min which makes it so convenient also. management is good, well trained staff they make you feel so comfortable to stay, check in & check out services also so quick.

Good for a day's stay, not more. Breakfast is pretty ordinary with no great spread and empty pans on burners. Tea and coffee are served with added sugar and no choice to add to your taste. House flies are frequent flyers. The serving staff wear a smile and ready to help, that's the only welcome sign. Reception is always crowded with their own staff who are busy with themselves, guests have to wait to make an eye contact or demand attention. There's no hot water in the morning, but certainly super heated water when not required. Air-conditioning worked well, hence put off the fan which makes a lot of noise at higher speeds. Located close to commercial areas, hence don't expect any view from the window. If you are flying in or out of Rajahmundry, don't miss the green coconut groves even in mid summer.

this is my first visit to shelton... superb service... Veg food range is awesome and deleicios... Fitness studio is best in class... WIFI speed is amazing...Staff service is good.

The second you stepin ... You get a pleasant feeling...As the interior decoration was soo beautiful...And Shelton offers you many offers from time to time... From breakfast to bar...There are always some different kind of offers that you can have your savings along with good service

Reasonably good. Large lobby and big rooms. Rooms and food are good. Front lobby needs more seating. Staff need more training in housekeeping and hotel operations.
